Next comes your contact information. It isn't
always necessary to put your address at the top of your scannable
resume. Today's sophisticated applicant tracking systems know by
more than position on the resume whether the text is an address
or phone number. It is six of one, half a dozen of another whether
you put your contact information at the top or bottom of your resume.
Choose based on your personal preference. However, always list your
e-mail address in addition to your phone/fax numbers and postal
mailing information. It shows you are comfortable with today's technology.
